We call it "mentoring through technology"! 

We are developing CD-based Bible courses in partnership with Moody Bible Institute, Mission Aviation Fellowship's Learning Technologies ministry, European Bible schools, and other ministry partners. These courses are designed to be highly interactive with the course facilitator and thus provide opportunities for each student to be mentored in a very personal way.
