TECHNICAL SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Description: Person would be responsible for designing, developing, and administrating the necessary infrastructure for eDOT and its partnerships.  Servers are housed locally and remotely.   Local and remote network issues play into the complexity.

Location: Southwest Germany
Cost: Depends
Length: 1 year to career missionary

Skills needed:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and basic knowledge of Windows Server (preferred)
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
  • Basic understanding of virtualized servers (required)
  • History of successfully developing creative solutions (desired)
